Chicagoland kidney support group

Great opportunity for Chicago and neighboring area patients to come together and learn from each others experiences. We will have a speaker present on kidney relevant topic followed by question/answer session. Casual environment for patients to come together and learn. All kidney patients- chronic kidney disease, pre-dialysis, dialysis, transplant recipients are invited to attend the meetings.
