Dialysis Support Group

The mission of FMC – Fresno North’s Support Group & Patient Education meeting is to make a positive difference in the lives of the people in our community that are affected by Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Renal Disease. This will be achieved primarily through a professionally supported relationship that will provide education, support, strength and knowledge to those adjusting to Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Renal Disease. We strive to provide these services in a caring, respectful and confidential environment. We meet on the fourth Thursday of every month. We provide light snacks and drinks.
