The American Association of Kidney Patients (AAKP) has been in the business of giving patients the tools necessary to take charge of their lives for more than 40 years. Today the Association announced the pre-sale of its new recipe book,AAKP Delicious! The new recipe book features 16 simple and delicious recipes that are healthy and can be modified to fit any kidney diet. The recipes were created for AAKP and reviewed by by Registered Dietitians Janelle Gonyea and Stacey Phillips. The recipes are meal solutions for kidney patients regardless of their disease stage.
